Ladies Auxiliary

"To serve veterans and their dependents, to promote Remembrance, and to act in the service of Canada and it's communities"

Ladies Auxiliary

The Trafalgar/Pro Patria Ladies Auxiliary is an important contributor to the success of our Branch. The Ladies' Auxiliary is comprised of mothers, wives, daughters, stepdaughters, nieces, sisters, granddaughters, great granddaughters and widows of Legion members. In some Commands, membership is also open to women in the community. The L.A. provides financial and volunteer support to Legion programs. The L.A.s put on a birthday party each month for the veterans, and other residents, at The Lodge at Broadmead. Any woman may choose to become a member of the L.A. only, or a member of both the Branch and the L.A. Members of the Ladies' Auxiliary support the aims and objects of The Royal Canadian Legion, and their dedicated service enriches the programs and activities of the Branch.
